They communicate your ideas and needs to the right people within Superbly, delegate the tasks required to accomplish your goals, and then personally relay the results directly back to you.

You have direct access to your SuperPro Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm via Microsoft Teams. You can choose to communicate through direct messages, give them a call, or schedule a meeting with them.

A SuperPro is a highly skilled expert in sales, leadership and customer service. They act as a personal sales consultant for you and your team. They will help you develop strategies to increase revenue, provide expert insight on how you can close more sales, and suggest ways you can improve the quality of your service.

They will collect and organize the data we capture on your sales process to show you where and why you are losing customers. Their goal is to help you perfect your sales process and automate as much of the admin work that comes with it, so your team can produce more revenue without having to work more hours, or hire more team members.

We only appoint people for this role who have been sales leaders in the past that have a track record of achieving stellar results, to ensure that each piece of advice they provide is grounded in a results-based experience instead of theoretical ideas.

Instead of you having to manage multiple teams and employees, you just have to manage a single relationship with one person: your dedicated SuperPro. There's no real answer, and it will be different for each enquiry. However, your SuperPro will establish a clear timeframe for each particular request that you submit.

There are no limits for number of users, contacts or requests for any account.

This means that if you want our services for multiple locations, you might be required an individual subscription for each branch. SuperPros are located in multiple countries in both North America and Europe, so depending on your location you will be assigned a SuperPro that is available in your time zone.
